Place theme.p3t file in X:/PSP/THEME/ folder and select theme from XMB->Settings->Themes
X is your psp USB or PSP media card
Or Download Only theme file directly from your PSP internet browser.

Yes, I know there are white boxes behind my icons! I just can't figure out how to get rid of them :(
I'm just uploading this so I can get your guys' opinions and ideas on how to remove the annoying white background.
This theme's icons were taken directly from windows vista :). I'm planning to make versions of this with different backgrounds.
