Place theme.p3t file in X:/PSP/THEME/ folder and select theme from XMB->Settings->Themes
X is your psp USB or PSP media card
Or Download Only theme file directly from your PSP internet browser.

Was bored and I was thinking of my old Win 95 computer so i made this. Got together as many 95 icons as i can find off the internet since my 95 died a while back.
