Howto Run Theme:	Place theme.p3t file in X:/PSP/THEME/ folder and select theme from XMB->Settings->Themes X is your psp USB or PSP media card Or Download Only theme file directly from your PSP internet browser.
Description:	this is by far the best looking theme out. It took me hours to create this. i hope you guys enjoy this.

i fixed up the blue guy theme

the new blue guy them is called blue guy official. the icon for network settings was a little stretched so i had to replace it and i changed th internet radio icon to the one i have in this theme.

hey

if ur psp doesn't have a theme folder u have to creat one. remember the word THEME has to be in all caps.Make sure u create this new THEME folder in the existing PSP folder.
