Place theme.p3t file in X:/PSP/THEME/ folder and select theme from XMB->Settings->Themes
X is your psp USB or PSP media card
Or Download Only theme file directly from your PSP internet browser.

Ok it is a costom made theme using two different types of icons. Just to let you know i did not make some of the icons but i added the glows my self. It's a cool theme and it's hand made.
