Place theme.p3t file in X:/PSP/THEME/ folder and select theme from XMB->Settings->Themes
X is your psp USB or PSP media card
Or Download Only theme file directly from your PSP internet browser.

My finale attemp at a theme for now. I just had to make one with the Shining Z icon i just got. Some icons however are not from the shining Z so don't bite my head off!
