Place theme.p3t file in X:/PSP/THEME/ folder and select theme from XMB->Settings->Themes
X is your psp USB or PSP media card
Or Download Only theme file directly from your PSP internet browser.

I noticed that there weren't many good i.c.p themes on the internet, so I took it upon myself to try to attemp to make one myself! I didn't really have the time to find a super awesome background but you can change that as I did with a better one! Enjoy!!
