Place theme.p3t file in X:/PSP/THEME/ folder and select theme from XMB->Settings->Themes
X is your psp USB or PSP media card
Or Download Only theme file directly from your PSP internet browser.

This is my first PSP theme that I got to work. It is a red version of the official, default PSP theme, but I colorized it in GIMP and found a nice new background. If you would like this theme in a different color, just post a comment and I will reply as soon as possible.
