Place theme.p3t file in X:/PSP/THEME/ folder and select theme from XMB->Settings->Themes
X is your psp USB or PSP media card
Or Download Only theme file directly from your PSP internet browser.
Description:
The icons on the themes are not mine, i just took it from random place and do some editing on it. The format is PTF and i been tested it on my 3.90m33-3 CFW so i guess maybe it should work on other version, feel free to use :D
