Place theme.p3t file in X:/PSP/THEME/ folder and select theme from XMB->Settings->Themes
X is your psp USB or PSP media card
Or Download Only theme file directly from your PSP internet browser.

This is the first theme I've ever done so I'll like to get some feedback on how to make it better or worse. The icons took forever on this thing too! If anyone know a good way to make icons, tell me too!
