ok i dont get it

i have set everything and the only thing that changes is the background color what is wrong with this??? why isnt it working?

all you need

is to update your psp bro, it works fine, keep up the good work, you need to touch up some icons.

oooh!!

thanks dude that worked!! i've been checking this sight hourly i swear.... that really helped though! oh and expect it to be done sometime in the next 2 weeks, i'll be in south carolina for spring break so, i wont be working on it next week.
