Too many stars

I would change all the sub-icons to unique images rather than having everything be a star.

How did you

Make the different glow/selection effect? Is there a tutorial somewhere? I'll I seem to find is telling me to modify the rco file or something but obviously there is a way to do it in the theme files itself.

e.g get a star, make it 48x48 and then save, then use the same star and make it 32x32...
