Place theme.p3t file in X:/PSP/THEME/ folder and select theme from XMB->Settings->Themes
X is your psp USB or PSP media card
Or Download Only theme file directly from your PSP internet browser.

I seen people were requesting for this on the ps3 version so for my third theme ever made i decided what better one to do. I had to make a few custom icons since the ps3 version didnt have all the ones needed for psp version other than that its pretty much identical
