Place theme.p3t file in X:/PSP/THEME/ folder and select theme from XMB->Settings->Themes
X is your psp USB or PSP media card

if i knew how to make a CTF instead of a PTF i would have made this into a xbox 360 theme no im not a xbox 360 fanboy i just own one and i like all of the halo's
