Place theme.p3t file in X:/PSP/THEME/ folder and select theme from XMB->Settings->Themes
X is your psp USB or PSP media card
Or Download Only theme file directly from your PSP internet browser.
Description:
After months of frustration with waiting for a PS3 clone of this theme to come out I just decided to make the icons myself and dupe the background. It's not perfect but it's as close as I can get for now to get the result I wanted. Looks great on the red God of War bundle PSP. Enjoy!
