Place theme.p3t file in X:/PSP/THEME/ folder and select theme from XMB->Settings->Themes

Description:
WIP FFVII theme for 3.71. The current icons are sort of placeholders. In the final release, I hope to have the glows shaped like the original icons, and the materia in multiple colors.
