Place theme.p3t file in X:/PSP/THEME/ folder and select theme from XMB->Settings->Themes
X is your psp USB or PSP media card

Description:
The only Watchmen theme for the PSP that I'm aware of. This is my first PSP theme, and most of the icons were taken from the PS3 theme, as well as the Rorschach background. Thought there might be some people who'd like it.
