Place theme.p3t file in X:/PSP/THEME/ folder and select theme from XMB->Settings->Themes
X is your psp USB or PSP media card
Or Download Only theme file directly from your PSP internet browser.

Here's a theme I made for my personal use. No harm uploading it online. ^^.
Has a plain background which you can replace with your fav picture.
I remade all the icons to represent the characters. (This is the hard part and took me quite a while to gather everything) Nagato as settings, Kyon as video, Asahina as games.. you get the drift.
