Place theme.p3t file in X:/PSP/THEME/ folder and select theme from XMB->Settings->Themes
X is your psp USB or PSP media card
Or Download Only theme file directly from your PSP internet browser.

my 1st theme its not that bad but the background could be better but i couldnt find 1 that would fit but its 1 of the only sailor moon themes out there
