Decent

Overall decently done but the icon for Luffy was used too many times and the background seems rather low quality. I noticed a lot of people try to make the files as small as possible... but using a few more kilobytes for better quality here and there doesn't hurt.

Could you provide the files you used to make this theme in another package? Perhaps then people could slop together their own at a quality they choose.

i love this theme , and tbh i havnt been bothered to comment on it yet , ever since i got it ive had it on my psp , if you dont like ******/ecchi. or hatever people call it nowadays the background IS cangable , just simply use a normal one peice backgroud , id advise that for parnts who have kids that enjoy the show but not girls in wet clothing XD
