Place theme.p3t file in X:/PSP/THEME/ folder and select theme from XMB->Settings->Themes
X is your psp USB or PSP media card
Or Download Only theme file directly from your PSP internet browser.

Eh... *borrowed* the icons from the 'Platinum' theme. rest i did... otherwords, backround image sizing and preview image, which have NOTHING TO DO WITH EACH OTHER. I know the preview is System of a Down, but the rest isn't.
P.S. Background is choppy, but still... don't keep it if you don't like it.
