Place theme.p3t file in X:/PSP/THEME/ folder and select theme from XMB->Settings->Themes
X is your psp USB or PSP media card
Or Download Only theme file directly from your PSP internet browser.

What seems to be the first of these, Credit goes mostly to a friend of mine Thorr-axe/darklandofdoom which ever he's goin' by, He helped me with gimping the Icons, then sent em back for me to convert into a theme. The Icon I have for music isn't the one I wanted, wanted the PoP TV logo but couldn't find one.
