Place theme.p3t file in X:/PSP/THEME/ folder and select theme from XMB->Settings->Themes
X is your psp USB or PSP media card
Or Download Only theme file directly from your PSP internet browser.

Ok so this is the firswt time I've even attempted at making a theme and it was under 10 min because I just wanted to see how to do it. Its shitty I know but now that I now the basics of how to, I'll make some cute kawaii girly ones!
