Place theme.p3t file in X:/PSP/THEME/ folder and select theme from XMB->Settings->Themes
X is your psp USB or PSP media card
Or Download Only theme file directly from your PSP internet browser.

How long it took me to make this PSP theme has left me in despair!!!
All jokes aside I worked hard on this to make sure icons and such DON'T look like crap. This is dedicated to Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei Fans that can't find a theme for the series I'll make another but I'm hoping this will get others makin themes for poor Mr.Despair
