Ok I have read the manga and this is how she turns into an adult. Yes she is an Espada (I forget which number. I believe shes number 3 or somethin like that) and Ichigo is gettin his **** Kicked and then Nel starts to cry then POOF she turns back into adult form. Its cuz she got into a fight with another espada and he cracked her skull (thats y she is small) and when she turns into an adult she gives a huge HUG and she keeps thanking him. Nice Theme btw
