Place theme.p3t file in X:/PSP/THEME/ folder and select theme from XMB->Settings->Themes
X is your psp USB or PSP media card
Or Download Only theme file directly from your PSP internet browser.

I made my own theme using images from some of my fave anime. This theme has alot of mixed anime icons. I decided it could be a good thing to have something other than just one anime per theme. =D Enjoy!
