I dont know about the themes, but yes you can save after an formation, but the current saves will be lost.

NOT WORKING

HEY UM I REALLY WANT THIS THEME BUT DONT KNOW HOW T PUT IT ON I DOWNLOADED IT ON TO MY PSP MEM. CARD AND I MADE FOLDER FOR IT ,TITTLES THE FOLDER THEME I PUT THE FILE IN IT BUT THEN WHEN I CHECK ON MY PSP AND I LOOK UNDER THEME SETTINGS THIER IS NOTHING THIER !!!! WHY IS IT NOT WORKING?

hey...make sure your psp is at least version 3.75 and it should work. do a network update if you need to update your psp.
