Place theme.p3t file in X:/PSP/THEME/ folder and select theme from XMB->Settings->Themes
X is your psp USB or PSP media card
Or Download Only theme file directly from your PSP internet browser.

This is my second theme i submitted my other one earlier today, i have imporved somwhat amazingly and this one has transparent icons and flashing icons the icons are good looking clean and smooth around the edges if you want to see my other theme it's on the new themes under my first theme_2_2 which is'nt that good. |
