Place theme.p3t file in X:/PSP/THEME/ folder and select theme from XMB->Settings->Themes

A PSP adaptation of my 'Frost Shadow' theme for the Playstation3.
Every icon is a product of variable transparencies in a single very nearly white colour. I figure losing users who use really light backgrounds is no big deal because - let's face it - the PSP's interface ALREADY doesn't go well with white and nearly-white backgrounds.
Comes without fixed system colour or background - I figure you've already got your favourites, so no reason to step on anyone's toes.
