i dont have a folder labeled THEMES so i made one but when i put the ptf. files in it it does not show up in the themes on the psp

answer

when you plug in your psp click on the file psp in the SanDisk window. In there make a file called THEME.

Answer for Michael's question

you have to update the psp to the latest version and only then can you get these themes. but i think you can also get them if you mod your psp but im not sure about that.
